Today in Grangegorman TU apprentices gathered to promote Ireland Skills Live and to show what career choices are on offer to Irish second level students.
Commis chefs from Cathal Brugha Street (DIT) TU, Visual Design and Merchandising students from Granegorman TU, apprentices from SISK, Designer Group and Dublin Bus, all showed off their uniforms and skills today; a taste of things to come at Ireland Skills Live in March.
Former apprentice and Irish champion in sheet metal work and now professional boxer Gary Spike Sullivan was delighted to lend his support to the event.
