Founded in 1967, and operating in Ireland, United Kingdom, Poland, South Pacific and the Middle East, Roadbridge is a leader in Civil Engineering. Roadbridge has the experience, capability and a proven track record in delivering major projects across a range of sectors on time and on budget. The Roadbridge approach is to encourage and mentor our personnel to develop excellence in their field and to give them the opportunity for career development.
We provide continual support for our professional staff and encourage their participation in Continuing Professional Development. All projects require induction of personnel prior to commencement and on-going Safety training and Construction skills courses are provided.
We have two different apprenticeship programs:
Apprentices are assigned mentors and receive the highest standard of on and off the job training.
