The Ford dealer network offers service employees an opportunity to work on a wide range of world class vehicles of every specification including petrol/diesel/hybrid/BEVs passenger and commercial vehicles. In the coming years, autonomous vehicles will be added to the Ford fleet, requiring technicians to be trained in a wide range of additional skill-sets, including software engineering. Training is provided by top class trainers in our state-of-the-art training facility.

Ford currently offers free training to apprentices. In addition, new starters are provided with a €500 subsidy to purchase tools. We have 93 Apprentice Technicians employed throughout our dealer network. Training is provided by top class trainers in our state-of-the-art training facility. Technicians operating within the ford network can expect to continue to develop their skills all the way up to master-technician level.
