BAM Ireland has a graduate program and strong relationships with Irelands Universities and Institutes of Technology allowing us to work with Irelands brightest young minds.
We work with our Graduates through both on the job and off the job training. The program allows graduates to come into Head office to meet some of our team leaders working within the company. It allows the graduates to receive training in a fun and friendly environment for a week before giving them the opportunity to work on site where they are giving the appropriate amount of ownership and responsibility. The program is aimed at growing and developing the graduates into the organization in a timely and professional manner.
